Are your chips baked or fried?

Our chips are baked and then fried to achieve the optimal crunch. Our rolled chips are fried in avocado oil. Avocado oil has a high smokepoint, which makes it a great oil to fry in.

What type of corn is used in your chips?

Our rolled tortilla chips are made with non-gmo white and yellow corn flour. The corn has been nixtamalized, milled, and then dried into a flour.

Are your chips gluten-free?

Yes, our rolled tortilla chips are gluten-free

Are your chips GMO free?

Yes, our chips are verified Non-GMO by the Non-GMO Project.

Where are your tortilla chips produced?

Our rolled chips are produced in the U.S. 

What type of oil do you use?

Organic cold-press extracted and refined avocado oil.

Are your tortilla chips certified Kosher?

Yes, while our Organic Tortilla Chips are not Kosher certified, our rolled tortilla chips are Kosher certified.
